Job Description: Plan music, lead rehearsals, lead music on Sunday mornings.
Applicant Requirements/Qualifications: If you are a student who is new to leading a praise team, we will be happy to work with you and coach you in developing your leadership skills. Just be clear with us about what skills you currently have and what skills you are seeking to develop.  Valley Ministries MCC was founded to be a safe and affirming space for LGBTQ+ people to worship. Our current congregation is a blend of LGBTQ+ and straight, cisgender and transgender. You should be comfortable working with LGBTQ+ people.
