Welcome to the California Choral Directors Association!
SING UP! #IamACDA
For the next four weeks, ACDA/CCDA is running the National Membership Campaign, SingUp! Our goal is not only to increase our membership, but also to engage our current members locally and globally. Take just a moment to think about how being a member of CCDA has inspired you.
FALL INTO PLACE: Local Choral Connections
CCDA is excited to launch our fall schedule of events: Fall into Place: Local Choral Connections. We are hosting multiple events around the state throughout the fall. The number one thing we’ve missed since COVID shut us down two and a half years ago is being together and singing together. These fall events will reconnect us to each other and inspire us all!
MIDDLE SCHOOL MUSIC GRANT
This Middle School Music Grant Program supports the efforts of teachers to lead their students to a fruitful life of behavioral kindness and emotional wellness by nurturing empathy and compassion through community service. Additionally, the Grant provides funds directly to music teachers for the enhancement of their music education program.
Cantate is the official magazine of the California Choral Directors Association. Published three times per year, it is mailed directly to 1,500 working choral directors, and seen by an average of more than 3,000 monthly visitors online.
The CCDA/SCVA Honor Choirs are an amazing opportunity for choral students from around the state of California. Each year, students are selected to sing under the direction of nationally and internationally known conductors.
