The California Choral Directors Association (CCDA) is pleased to offer online registration for our Summer Conference at ECCO (Episcopal Conference Center Oakhurst).
Everyone who attends the conference must register and pay fees. Only active CCDA (ACDA) members will be allowed to register and attend the conference sessions. If your membership is current, you may proceed with registration. If you are not a current member or need to renew, please do so before proceeding with registration. Your registration will not be confirmed until proof of CCDA (ACDA) membership has been received. Spouses and partners who are attending but not participating in the conference sessions, must register independently and pay for their accommodations as well as a $50 processing fee. Further information can be found on the online registration form. Registration - $340. Save $100 if you register on or before May 30, 2025. Note: music packets cannot be guaranteed after June 20. All registrants must also choose a lodging option when registering. |
Limited Availability: There are a limited number of spots available for all accommodation types, and all accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If your requested accommodation type becomes unavailable, you will be offered alternative accommodations until all spots are filled. Register early to ensure your chosen accommodations.
Meals: Meals are included with all accommodation choices. Lodge Amenities: Lodge accommodations feature Double & Quad rooms with bath. Bedding and towels are provided. $400.00 Dorm Amenities: Dormitory accommodations feature large separate men’s & women’s sleeping areas with bunk beds & community bathrooms. Bedding and towels are provided. $325.00 RV Sites: RV sites have hookups. Tent camping is not permitted. $265.00 Day Use/Offsite Accommodations: Click here for a list of offsite lodging possibilities in the vicinity of ECCO. All meals at ECCO; lodging self-arranged. $265.00 Spouses/Partners: In addition to a Processing Fee, spouses and partners who are not participating in the conference sessions must also select and pay for one of the accommodation choices. |
