2027 All-State Honor Choirs

Rehearsals will be held TBA on Thursday and Friday, January 14 and 15, 2027. Check-in will open at 11:00am on Thursday, January 14th.

The All-State Choir concerts will be held at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium on Saturday, January 16th, 2027.
- Concert 1 - JHS SATB, JHS SSAA, & HS SATB - 11:00-1:00pm
- Concert 2 - HS SSAA & HS TTBB - 1:30-3:00pm

Audition Instructions

High School Honor Choir (grades 9-12): Auditions for the 2027 High School All-State Honor Choirs are done via the 2026 Regional Honor Choirs. See the Central & Coastal Honor Choir Page for more information on those events. Info will be posted by 8/1/26

Middle School/Junior High (grades 6-9): Auditions for the 2027 Junior High School All-State Honor Choirs will be in the fall this year. 2027 audition Information will be available 8/1/26.

Fri 9/11/26: HS audition times sent
Sat 9/19 & 9/26/26: HS auditions
Fri 10/2/26: HS Regional lists communicated
Fri 10/16/26: HS Regional registrations due
Thur-Sat 11/5-7/2026: HS Regional Honor Choirs
Mon 11/9/26: HS Regional Chairs send All-State consideration lists to All-State Chairs
By Fri 11/13/26: notification of HS All-State acceptance
Mon 11/16/26: All-State Registration opens
Wed 12/2/26: All-State registration due
Thur-Sat 1/14-1/16/27: All-State Choirs @ CASMEC

​All-State Honor Choir Financial Information

Audition fee: $15
Central/Coastal Regional Honor Choir fee (does not include hotel and meals): $120
(for Southern Region info, visit the SCVA website)
All-State Honor Choir fee (includes hotel and meals): ​$475
Some financial assistance may be available for both the Regional and All-State Honor Choir fees - application information will be included in the audition sign-up and/or registration form.

Please consider donating to the CCDA Honor Choir Scholarship Fund to help make the honor choir experience accessible to all who qualify!
